Drawing from her global travels and rich design expertise, Shabnum seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern sophistication, ensuring every medical centers, nutrition and wellness clinics, and hospitality spaces she designs is both timeless, distinctive, and sustainable.

Her approach combines strategic space planning, custom furnishings, and innovative problem-solving, with a sharp focus on elevating user experience and enhancing the healing journey.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, Shabnum has built a reputation for excellence, leading high-profile projects across Canada, including luxury medical centers, design studios, builder’s showroom offices, executive lounges, and fine dining spaces. As the lead designer at The International Center, she has overseen the transformation of diverse environments, from bustling food courts to elegant executive offices and chef’s tables, always ensuring a perfect balance of form and function.

At the heart of Shabnum’s work is a client-first philosophy. She believes that great design begins with truly understanding her clients’ goals, practical needs, and budgets. Her collaborative process ensures that every project reflects the client’s vision while optimizing the space for beauty, wellness, and functionality.

A lifelong lover of design, Shabnum’s passion was sparked in childhood, where she would often reimagine interiors to reflect emerging trends. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree along with specialized diplomas and certifications in interior design, fueling her continuous growth and creative innovation. Her international travels and deep appreciation for diverse cultures further enrich her designs, infusing each project with authenticity and soul.

Haywon Kim

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, Haywon is a trusted expert in spa and wellness operations for high-performing hotels and resorts. Her career began in the rooms division, but it was within the spa where she found her true calling—building transformative guest experiences rooted in service, strategy, and sustainability.

Haywon’s leadership journey includes years at prestigious properties such as The Ritz-Carlton Bacara Santa Barbara and The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, where she mastered the art of operational excellence without compromising on the soul of hospitality. She has since become known for her ability to turn hotels and spas into profitable, guest-loved destinations—combining performance metrics with purpose-driven leadership that elevates both teams and guest satisfaction.

Today, Haywon partners with hotel executives and spa directors to optimize their wellness offerings, staffing module, increase profitability, and lead teams with intention. Her strength lies in creating systems that support growth while cultivating a culture of genuine care—a signature approach that brings out the best in both people and performance.
